Where do I add a payment method?

   Open Payment methods from your account area.

   Click Add payment method, fill in the details and save.Add payment method

   Go to Settings for the business and select which methods it accepts.Settings

Payment methods work at two levels. They belong to your owner profile, and each business selects which of them to display. Adding a method does not attach it to a business on its own.

If members report an empty checkout: check the method exists on your profile, that it is active, and that it is selected for that specific business.
