These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MembrBase (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of membership, payment, and member data you manage.

Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
